Terms of Sale
Payment for floor samples & shop items are due upon pick up.
100% payment is due for all first orders.
Balance due within 30 days of shipping notification.
After 30 days late fees of $25 per month will apply to any order that has shipped complete.
For designers in good standing orders will be placed within 24 hours of receipt. Payment is due within one week of receiving an invoice.
Payment Methods
Orders may be paid by cash, check or credit card.
A 3% convenience fee is applied to all credit and debit card charges.
Most freight charges are prepaid and added to invoices upon ordering.

How do I place an order?
In the member portal click on place an order and fill out the form accordingly. You can either upload the order right there or send it via email to sales@asburysdesign.com
Prepayment is required on all orders without an established account.
All orders will be Sidemarked with Asburys/ Designer Name.
Alert your receiver of incoming shipments from Asburys.
What do I do if I receive an item damaged?
Claims and shortages must be reported to Asburys within 3 days of receipt. You can submit your claim in the member portal and click on submit a claim. Please be sure to include pictures of the damages, the shipping label and pictures of damaged boxes/ packing material.
All original packaging material must be retained.
Any visible external damages must be noted on the freight bill or claims will not be honored. Please speak to your receiver about using this as a best practice.
Return & Cancellation policy.
Merchandise to be returned must receive authorization within 10 days of receipt & in its original packaging. The vendor will determine if a return is accepted.
A re-stocking fee will apply & all inbound and outbound fees are to be paid by customers.
The return policy does not apply to custom or special orders.
What is the warranty policy?
All products are sold and warranted to be free of defects in material workmanship.
Individual manufacturer warranties apply.
The freight company or vendor may repair or replace the product upon inspection.
